My wife and I love this place. The staff is excellent. Mark the director of marketing is great. When he showed me the facility he answered all my questions clearly and was very honest and didn’t give me any false expectations. When Mark and I discussed the required required paper work to move my in-law into The Sterling his assistance was invaluable. Mark made the process very easy for us. Mark is very professional and returned all of my calls in a timely manner. Daniel the director of activities brings all the life to The Sterling. When you meet him you’ll know…..He keeps my in law active and engaged. Due to Daniel’ genuinely caring for my in law and the other residents I sleep well at night. Mary is very responsive and also give the up front truth. There were no hidden fees and the price they quoted me was the price, no hidden charges after we signed the paper work. The Sterling is a good place and clean. I walk around unannounced and my in law room was clean and his laundry was done. Due to what I’ve observe when I’ve visited unannounced I no longer have any concerns. As most family’s we had a lot of anxiety about putting our family member in a home. can’t say enough about the staff and the very kind workers.
